Ordering
Can I Customize My Canvas?
Yes. If you need a custom size that is not listed on our website, please email us at contact@unhindered68.com to discuss your request.
Can I Order More Than One Canvas At A Time?
Absolutely. You may order as many canvases as you'd like. Please note that larger orders may require additional production time. Every canvas is individually designed to ensure a professional-quality finish.
Do You Offer Gift Orders?
Not at this time. Gift ordering options will be available in the future.
Photos & Artwork
What Quality Should My Photos Be?
Please submit the highest-quality photos available. If your images require restoration, we will contact you before any work is performed. Additional restoration fees may apply.
Can You Improve Old or Blurry Photos?
Yes. We offer photo restoration services for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the amount of restoration required. If a photo cannot be successfully restored, we will discuss alternative options or issue a refund for any restoration charges paid.
Can You Combine Multiple Photos Into One Canvas?
Yes. We can combine multiple photos into a single custom design and perform additional editing if requested.
Can You Remove Backgrounds or Unwanted People?
Yes. We can remove backgrounds, replace backgrounds, or remove unwanted people and objects from your photos whenever possible.
Can You Add Names, Dates, Quotes, or Special Messages?
Yes. When submitting your order, simply provide any names, dates, quotes, or personalized messages you would like included.
Can You Create a Design If I Only Have an Idea?
Possibly. While we'll do our best to bring your vision to life, we cannot guarantee an exact recreation of every idea. Custom concept work requires additional design time and may extend production. To ensure timely service for all customers, concept designs include a limited number of design attempts before additional design fees may apply.
Proofs & Revisions
Will I Receive a Design Proof Before Printing?
Yes. A digital proof will be emailed to you for approval before your canvas is printed. Prompt approval helps prevent delays in production and shipping.
How Many Revisions Are Included?
Your order includes two (2) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge depending on the requested changes. We will always notify you before any additional charges are applied.
How Long Do Revisions Take?
Most revisions are completed within 1–2 business days, depending on your order size, the complexity of the requested changes, and our current production schedule.
Printing & Materials
What Type of Canvas Do You Use?
Premium moisture-resistant canvases that are hand-stretched and gallery wrapped over durable, high-quality wooden frames for a professional finish.
Are the Canvases Stretched and Ready to Hang?
Yes. Every canvas arrives stretched and ready to display. Canvases can easily be hung using pushpins, or you may purchase a hanging hardware kit for $5.00.
Will the Colors Look the Same as They Do on My Screen?
Not always. Because every phone, tablet, and computer monitor displays colors differently, the printed canvas may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

How Long Does the Entire Process Take?
Production generally takes up to 5 business days, depending on your order size and our current workload. Since every canvas is individually designed rather than mass-produced, we take the time necessary to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Do You Ship Throughout the United States?
Yes. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States and Washington, D.C.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
No. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Do You Offer Secure Checkout?
Yes. Your payment information is securely processed through our trusted checkout provider using industry-standard encryption. UNHINDERED68 does not store your credit or debit card information. This allows you to shop with confidence knowing your payment information is protected.
Returns & Policies
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your custom order has already entered production, cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. You will receive a 70% refund of your purchase price.
Please make sure you are confident in your order before approving production.
What If My Canvas Arrives Damaged?
If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@unhindered68.com. We will replace damaged products at no additional cost.
If repeated shipping damage occurs, we may contact you to discuss the situation and determine the best solution.
Do You Accept Returns on Custom Artwork?
Because each custom canvas is made specifically for you, returns are generally not accepted. Approved returns or cancellations are subject to a 30% fee since custom artwork cannot typically be resold.
Inspirational and Motivational canvases may be eligible for different return policies depending on the product and are still subject to a return fee of up to 30%.
What If I'm Not Satisfied With the Final Product?
Before your canvas is printed, you will receive a design proof for approval. Once you approve the final proof, production begins.
Please review your proof carefully and ensure everything is exactly as you want before giving final approval.
